Overview

SleepSupply ("we", "our", "the app") is a sleep equipment tracking application. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Data You Provide

• Equipment Information: Names, types, purchase dates of your CPAP/sleep equipment
• Supply Information: Supplies, replacement schedules, costs
• Usage Logs: Manual entries of equipment usage (if enabled)
• Custom Categories: Any categories you create

Data Collected Automatically

• HealthKit Data (Premium, with permission): Sleep hours data from Apple Health
• Device Information: For crash reporting and analytics

Third-Party Data Collection

• Google AdMob: Displays ads in the free version. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.

How We Store Your Data

Local Storage

All your equipment, supply, and usage data is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data/SwiftData framework.

iCloud Sync (If Enabled)

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud data. See Apple's iCloud Privacy.

We Do NOT

• Store your data on our servers
• Sell your personal information
• Share your health data with third parties
• Access your data remotely

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Display and manage your equipment and supplies
• Send maintenance and reorder reminders (local notifications)
• Generate usage statistics and reports
• Sync across your devices (if iCloud enabled)

Third-Party Services

Your Rights

You can:

• Access: View all your data within the app
• Export: Export your data as PDF or CSV (Premium)
• Delete: Delete individual items via swipe or edit buttons
• Opt-out of Ads: Purchase Premium to remove ads
• Opt-out of Tracking: Deny App Tracking Transparency prompt

Data Retention

• Data remains on your device until you delete it
• Uninstalling the app removes all local data
• iCloud data persists until you delete it from iCloud

Children's Privacy

SleepSupply is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

• All data stored locally using iOS encryption
• iCloud data encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
• No external servers or databases

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be noted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of changes.
