I'm Fernando, a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience building backend systems, IoT platforms, and industrial automation solutions.
My background started in controls engineering, but I spent the last 7-8 years focused on software development—building high-performance backend systems, distributed IoT platforms, and data processing pipelines handling billions of data points.
After years of internal development work, I'm now going independent to help startups and businesses build their products. I'm also building in public and creating content to share what I've learned along the way.

I'm currently building a LinkTree alternative and documenting the entire development process on YouTube and my blog. This is part of my "building in public" journey—showing real production-grade code from planning through deployment.
